Cranberry Mustard Pork Tenderloin

My friend Heather made this recipe at a recipe exchange night this month. The theme for the night was fall foods. This cranberry pork tenderloin was delicious.:) Thought I would share it.

1- 16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
3/4 cup of brown sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2- 1 lb sirloin pork roasts

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Place roasts in crockpot. Pour cranberry mixture over the roast. Cook on high heat for 1 hour. Turn down to low and cook an additional 4 hours. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
