Garlic Rosemary Pork Loin Roast

This roast is so simple with tons of flavor!


Preheat oven to 400°
Line 9x13 pan with aluminum foil
Mix together these 4 ingredients and rub on a 4 pound pork loin roast.


* 4 lg. Garlic cloves, pressed or finely chopped

* 4 tsp. Chopped fresh rosemary

* 1 ½ tsp. Salt

* ½ tsp. Ground pepper

Place roast fat side down in the pan and roast for 30 min.
Turn roast fat side up and continue cooking until a meat thermometer registers 155° 
(approx. 25-35 more minutes)
Let meat stand for about 10 min.
Slice meat, pouring juices from the pan over the sliced meat when finished.
