French Cocoa

This is the best hot chocolate. It's my friend Maryam's recipe. It has like a inch of froth on top! So delicious on a cold day! 

4 squares of unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups heavy whipping cream
Milk for serving

*Bring chocolate squares, water and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan for 3 minutes. Cool mixture to room temperature.
*Whip cream and fold into chocolate mixture.
*Store covered in the fridge.
*To serve, heat milk in a mug. Add 3 heaping tablespoons of French Cocoa. Enjoy!
